AKOSALUS was established to solve practical industrial challenges.

Over years of working with industrial enterprises, we repeatedly encountered the same situation: the challenge itself was clear, but there was no ready-made solution. One supplier offered equipment, another offered technology, the designer was responsible for its own part of the project, and the industrial enterprise remained responsible for the final result. Yet there was not always a party able to look at the challenge as a whole and connect the individual decisions.

This is the approach on which AKOSALUS was founded.

Today the company brings together specialists with practical experience in industrial engineering, process equipment, production modernization and industrial project support.

We do not begin with a proposal for particular equipment or a predetermined technology. The first step is to understand the challenge itself: the existing production process, raw materials, required result, technical constraints, economics and the enterprise’s capabilities.

The solution that follows may take different forms.

Sometimes an existing technology only needs to be identified and adapted. In another case, an equipment manufacturer must be selected and the technical solution developed together for a specific production environment. New directions may require laboratory research, pilot-scale trials and the involvement of scientific organizations.

For this reason, our work is not limited to the capabilities of our own team.

Depending on the project, AKOSALUS involves process-equipment manufacturers, engineering companies, industry specialists, research and technology institutes and laboratories. We can organize their joint work and support the technical solution from the initial idea to the stage at which it can be practically implemented at an industrial facility.

International projects are a distinct area of our work. A strong technology and the enterprise that needs it may be located in different countries and operate under very different technical and business conditions. Finding each other is not enough. Both parties’ requirements must be understood, the applicability of the technology verified, the equipment adapted, technical solutions aligned and effective interaction organized between all participants.

This is where we see the role of AKOSALUS.

We do not want to become another intermediary between Client and supplier, nor do we seek to replace the designer, equipment manufacturer or scientific organization.
